One of the best dining g experiences I've had in a very long time! They accommodated my vegetarian family and it was seamless. Fantastic food, Fantastic wine pairings Service was absolutely phenomenal!! Highly recommend !!

We arrived about 2pm on a Wednesday. It was a beautiful sunny day which was perfect for sitting outside at Malva. We enjoyed a delicious expertly prepared 4-5 course meal. Portions were just right. Excellent employees & great service. Restaurant is outside so dress for cooler weather if going at night. Have fun!

Nice surprise. Small, simple atmosphere with very artistic touches. Open kitchen for a beautiful view. Chilly evening in outdoor-only space mitigated by wind screens that kept us comfortable. Chef Kevin made us welcome and delighted us with each course Price was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Parking is a challenge but it’s worth it ;-)

My friend and I came here and did the 8 course tasting menu. All very interesting and good. Absolute heaven for a seafood lover (I regret that I’m not one). The owners husband personally gave us a one on one wine tasting before dinner. I hope this place always stays so intimate.

Amazing place to experience culinary art. The chef takes you thru a tour of flavors, aromas, and textures. We ordered the 8 course meal. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and my wife and I were able to enjoy the night peacefully. The drinks were outstanding. The chef took the time to go over the dishes. Everything was amazing, and I truly recommend it. It is what Valle is all about!

We come from Israel where there’s lots of amazing food and we've been traveling in the USA for the past year and tasted some good food (and some less ). But this place in Guadalupe is by far the best meal we’ve ever had our whole lives!!! We just enjoyed it so much everything is freshly made, and just tastes like heaven! my husband and I each took a different four course meal that way we got to taste Everything. The sour bread is amazing. The fish melts in your mouth and the meat is so nice and soft the taco bun is the best bite you’ll ever have! Just pure joy! the wine was nice and smooth too. The waiter was really helpful and nice and all the people making the food are really nice. I really hope we can come to Baja again soon and eat here thank you so much for best meal we’ve ever had!!
